Product(s) can be exchanged if bought online at www.anabatlamart.com within 7 days after delivery.

The product must be unused with the packaging intact, along with the purchase invoice and courier/shipment receipt attached on the parcel envelope.

Exchange or refund is only offered if the product has any manufacturing defect or damage.

To lodge a complaint, contact customer care by emailing images of the defect to ana.batla321@gmail.com, inboxing their official Facebook/Instagram page, or calling 0322- 6222852 (032 ANABATLA) within 7 days of purchase.

You must send back the defected product(s) for review to offer an exchange with the same product or a same-price value product.

Picture of the parcel along with the courier/shipment receipt attached on the parcel envelope.

2. Refunds

The company has a strict 'NO REFUND' policy.

Refunds can only be made in the exceptional circumstance where the product is out of stock.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Refund processing may take up to two weeks.
3. Order Cancellation

Cancellation can be requested by emailing ana.batla321@gmail.com, inboxing on social media, or calling 0322- 6222852 (032 ANABATLA) before the order is processed.

Once the order is shipped (tracking information is sent), the 'Returns & Exchange Policy' will be applied.

Anabatlamart.com can also cancel an order due to the product being out of stock.
